“Kwenda has been working hard for the group to get it where it is right now, so I have decided to give him a vehicle that will help him carry on with his duties,” he said.
The colourful event that kicked off on Friday saw an array of musicians and music groups including Pastor G, Vabati VaJehovah, Lawrence Haisa, Celebration Choir, United Family International Church Choir, Mathias Mhere, Pianos Jaravaza and Hubert Chigumira performing.
Zimpraise was established in 2006 to unite various denominations in Zimbabwe through song and worship and has so far done eight projects.
